<h2>Hertz HMX 8-TW Marine Coaxial Speaker Set</h2><p>The HMX 8-TW is the Total White version of Hertz's 8-inch, 4-ohm marine coaxial speaker. It is designed for infinite-baffle installations and combines a UV-resistant polypropylene woofer cone with a Santoprene surround and a 1.4-inch PEI-dome tweeter.</p><h3>Features</h3><p>The tweeter uses a neodymium magnet and an acoustic lens to improve off-axis dispersion. A stainless-steel tweeter mesh grille, sealed crossover with resettable tweeter protection, and corrosion-resistant gold-plated terminals complete the design.</p><p>Hertz specifies 100 W continuous and 200 W peak power handling, a 45 Hz to 25 kHz frequency response and IP65 protection. The materials are tested for UV exposure and salt-fog conditions.</p>
