The HTX 8 M-CL-TW features a solid 316-Stainless steel clamp mounting system, ideal for both round and square profile pipe applications. Premium Speaker Components

This speaker is equipped with a dedicated 8” coaxial speaker, featuring a long-throw 32 mm (1.26”) voice coil woofer with a polypropylene cone injected with UV inhibitors, and a 1.4” Neodymium magnet tweeter. The Hertz-developed coaxial speaker is optimized for solid bass and excellent output. The tweeter features an acoustic lens that projects sound wide, perfect for open boats where optimal sound is needed across a broad listening area.

The UV-resistant polypropylene woofer is surrounded by a Santoprene rubber surround, and the connection from the woofer to the speaker is made of strong, flexible aramid fibers. The powerful neodymium magnet optimally moves the speaker, allowing the woofer to achieve the correct amount of travel for the bass frequencies. The speaker's sealed enclosure and grille are made of UV-resistant polymer and are resistant to water, dust, and dirt. Silicone-insulated wiring and gold-plated contacts ensure durability and consistent performance over time.
