Reaktor Activator 15 ml is a professional surface preparation and degreasing agent designed for use before bonding or repair. Its active formula improves adhesion and accelerates the polymerisation of compatible Reaktor adhesives and repair compounds.
Suitable for repairing PVC boats, inflatable products, PVC-coated materials and other surfaces treated with a compatible Reaktor system. Apply with a clean, lint-free swab to every surface that will be bonded.

Reaktor Activator 15 ml is a specialised reagent for preparing damaged or mating surfaces before applying a compatible Reaktor adhesive, liquid patch or repair compound. Its composite formulation contains solvent-based active ingredients, accelerators and stabilisers. Surface treatment helps remove contamination, improves bonding performance and accelerates polymerisation.
Typical applications:
• PVC boats and inflatable equipment;
• inflatable mattresses, pools and similar products;
• PVC-coated technical fabrics;
• tarpaulins, awnings and waterproof equipment;
• professional repair kits and service work;
• rubber or EVA items only with the appropriate compatible Reaktor product and after a preliminary material test.
Directions:
- Apply a small amount of activator to a clean, lint-free swab.
- Wipe every surface that will be bonded.
- Do not reuse the swab or use material that leaves fibres.
- Dispose of the swab and continue according to the selected adhesive or repair compound instructions.
The activator does not replace an adhesive and must not be used as a stand-alone repair layer. Check material compatibility before use. Work in a well-ventilated area, keep away from flames and ignition sources, and follow the instructions on the original packaging.
