Reaktor Hardener 15 ml is a second component used to prepare high-strength two-component adhesive systems. It is mixed with Reaktor PVC Glue or Reaktor Rubber Glue at a ratio of 1 part hardener to 10 parts adhesive. The resulting bond offers improved resistance to elevated temperatures and substantial mechanical loads.
Suitable for the repair and production of PVC and rubber products, including inflatable boats, pools, awnings, footwear, rubber components and service equipment. Once mixed, the prepared adhesive must be used within 6 hours.

Directions:
- Clean and prepare both bonding surfaces with Reaktor Activator.
- Thoroughly mix 1 part hardener with 10 parts of the appropriate Reaktor adhesive.
- Apply a thin coat to both surfaces and remove excess material.
- Wait 15–30 minutes and apply a second thin coat.
- Join the surfaces and press firmly with a roller, using controlled hot-air heating where required.
- Allow 12–24 hours for full polymerisation.
Do not use the hardener on its own or as a direct damage-filling compound. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection and ensure adequate ventilation. Check material compatibility and follow the original label and safety-data-sheet instructions.
