Reaktor PVC Glue 2-in-1, 15 ml is a combined polyurethane repair product for PVC materials. It can be used as an adhesive with a prepared patch or as a liquid patch/seam sealer for small damage and for sealing the edges of a repaired area.
Suitable for inflatable PVC boats, pools, awnings, mattresses and other PVC-fabric products. Available in blue, white, light grey and black. When supplied as an assorted-colour product, the specific colour depends on availability.

Reaktor PVC Glue 2-in-1, 15 ml is a fast-polymerising repair compound with two functions: bonding prepared PVC patches and acting as a liquid patch/sealer for small punctures, cuts and patch edges. Its composite formulation is based on polyurethane resins, activators, accelerators and stabilisers.
Suitable for:
• inflatable PVC boats, kayaks and rafts;
• pools, mattresses and inflatable equipment;

Directions:
- Deflate the product and support the damaged area.
- Clean and degrease the surface with Reaktor Activator. The manufacturer permits a suitable alcohol- or acetone-based degreaser when the activator is unavailable, but optimum adhesion is not guaranteed.
- Shake the tube 10–15 times.
- Apply a small amount to the prepared patch and press firmly around the entire repair for 2–3 minutes.
- After 10–15 minutes, inspect the repair and treat any unbonded areas.
- Seal the patch perimeter with a thin adhesive bead.
Full polymerisation takes approximately 24 hours. Limited loading may be possible after 1–12 hours, depending on the damage and ambient temperature. Do not inflate the product to maximum pressure before full curing. For boat repairs, check air tightness before use on water and avoid operation above +40 °C.
