Reaktor Elastic Liquid PVC Patch 15 ml is a non-reinforced repair compound for sealing small punctures, cuts, abrasions and leaking seams without a separate fabric patch. During polymerisation, it forms a flexible PVC coating bonded to the prepared surface.
Suitable for inflatable PVC boats, pools, mattresses, awnings, boots, waders, neoprene products and other outdoor or water-sports equipment. For assorted-colour products, the supplied colour depends on availability.

Reaktor Elastic Liquid PVC Patch 15 ml is a non-reinforced composite compound made from a PVC suspension, activators, accelerators and stabilisers. It is designed for patch-free repair of small damage to PVC fabrics, neoprene and other compatible flexible polymers.
During polymerisation, the active ingredients interact with the PVC coating and penetrate the material structure, forming a flexible protective film. It is suitable for areas where flexibility must be maintained.

• neoprene products and wetsuits;
• camping and water-sports equipment;

Directions:
- Deflate the product and stabilise the damaged area.
- Clean and degrease it with Reaktor Activator. The manufacturer permits a suitable alcohol- or acetone-based cleaner when the activator is unavailable, but optimum results are not guaranteed.
- Shake the tube 10–15 times.
- Apply the liquid PVC directly to the damage. One rounded drop may be sufficient for a small puncture.
- For a larger leak, apply several thin coats at 15–30-minute intervals.
- For open damage, place polyethylene behind the damaged layer to prevent the liquid compound from leaking through.
Limited use may be possible after 3–12 hours, depending on the damage and ambient temperature. Full polymerisation takes no less than 48 hours. Do not inflate the product to maximum pressure before complete curing.
