Installation and accessories
IP65 protection does not mean suitable for immersion. Non-isolated DC-DC converter. Size cables, fuses and input-current limit for the alternator. A VE.Direct cable to GX and external temperature/voltage sensing are separate accessories. For lithium batteries, settings and charge permission must match the BMS.

FAQ
Which onboard system is it for?
The model is for 12/24 V; verify actual input range 9–35 V and output range 10–35 V.
Does it work with every alternator?
Do not assume universal compatibility. Limit input current to the alternator’s permissible load and configure engine-running detection. The maximum current setting is 50 A.
Are different battery modes available?
Charging algorithms are programmable. Use the battery manufacturer’s parameters; lithium batteries require appropriate BMS control.
Where can it be installed?
IP65 protection does not mean suitable for immersion. Provide clearance and cooling as instructed.
What separate equipment is needed?
Correctly sized cables and fuses are required. A GX device, VE.Direct cable and external sensors are not part of the charger itself.
Can it operate as a power supply?
Yes, set output voltage in VictronConnect. Stay within voltage, current and thermal limits.
Is it isolated?
No. It is a non-isolated converter; account for the common negative connection in the wiring design.
