FAQ
What does 1200 mean?
1200 is the apparent power rating in VA. Continuous active power is 1000 W at 25 °C and 900 W at 40 °C. Also check the load starting current.
Is it for a 24 V battery?
No. This model uses a 12 V battery with a 9.5–17 V DC range. Its load output is 230 V AC.
How does it work with shore power?
The AC transfer switch is rated 16 A. PowerControl limits AC source current, while PowerAssist can supplement it from the battery when correctly configured.
Can it use a lithium battery?
The charging profile and BMS control must match the particular battery. Compatibility with every lithium battery cannot be assumed.
Is Bluetooth built in?
No. Bluetooth monitoring/control uses a separate VE.Bus Smart dongle. MK3-USB is a separate configuration interface; Cerbo GX is a separate system controller.
Can it be installed outdoors?
IP21 requires a dry, protected location. Provide cooling and proper AC/DC protection.
